    Oil-Free Chicken Tenders
Review: Perfect as a snack—you won’t be able to stop eating them!

1、Wash and cut 140g of chicken breast into strips. Lightly pound with the back of a knife (to tenderize the meat) and place in a bowl.

2、Add 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp yogurt, 1 egg white, a pinch of salt, chili powder, and black pepper. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
*Yogurt helps tenderize the chicken breast. Skip the chili powder if you prefer a non-spicy version.

3、Spread 25g of breadcrumbs on a plate. Coat each marinated chicken strip evenly with breadcrumbs.

4、Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper, arrange the breaded chicken tenders, and bake in the middle rack for 20 minutes.
*Adjust baking time based on thickness—reduce to 15 minutes if the strips are thinner.

    Salt-Baked Chicken Breast
Review: Savory and juicy, ready in about 15 minutes!

1、Wash and pat dry 1 piece of chicken breast. Slice it horizontally into two pieces and lightly pound with the back of a knife or a meat tenderizer.

2、Coat the chicken with ½ tbsp cooking wine, then rub in ½ tbsp salt-baked chicken seasoning and a pinch of sea salt. Drizzle a little oil on the surface and place a few slices of ginger on top. Marinate for 20 minutes.

3、Lightly grease the bottom of an electric rice cooker with oil. Add the chicken breast and 2 tbsp water, then cook for 8 minutes on the “cook” setting.

4、Once one side turns golden, flip and cook for another 6 minutes. Salt-baked chicken breast is done!
