DAVENPORT — A lifeless individual was recovered from the surf Monday close to Davenport Touchdown Seaside.
Shortly earlier than 8:30, emergency responders had been known as for a reported sighting of a person in avenue garments within the water on the Freeway 1 seashore. Inside half an hour, the individual was pulled from the water and pronounced lifeless.
