North Yorkshire River and Rescue Service say they had been known as at 7.42am on Halloween after reviews of an overturned boat within the river Ouse.
A service spokesman mentioned: “Hearth assets and the York Rescue Boat responded to a report of an overturned two seater rowing boat within the neighborhood of Ouse Bridge, floating down river.
“Firecrews attended scene to search out no individuals current, then attended York boat home the place they discovered the proprietor. Restoration of boat organized.”
