A murder probe is beneath approach into the dying of a person discovered with deadly gunshot wounds in interior Melbourne.
An as-yet unidentified man was discovered at Langford Road in North Melbourne about 3.15am on Saturday.
He died on the scene.
“It is a horrific incident. It’s one thing that none of us wished to expertise — police or the area people,” Detective Appearing Inspector Alan Rumble mentioned on Saturday morning.
Investigators have arrange a criminal offense scene across the space, near a practice line, a serious street and a creek.
In an announcement, Victoria Police mentioned investigators had been working to determine the circumstances surrounding the person’s dying.
No arrests have been made.
