KANAGAWA (TR) – Kanagawa Prefectural Police have arrested a 43-year-old girl for drowning her daughter and choking her son unconscious at their dwelling in Yokohama Metropolis, reviews Fuji Information Community (Nov. 1).
At round 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, the husband of Ai Kamishige alerted police to the residence in Kohoku Ward. Officers arriving on the scene discovered the 2 kids collapsed inside.
Earlier that day, Uesugi is alleged to have strangled her 11-year-old son, a fifth-grade elementary faculty pupil, and drowned her daughter, 5-year-old Kaede, within the bathtub.
Kaede has since died, and the son is in a vital situation and unconscious, police mentioned.
Upon her arrest on suspicion of tried homicide, Kamishige admitted to the allegations.
