A 25-year-old Canadian man was arrested in Florida final weekend after police say he was caught with youngster intercourse abuse content material.
Nicholas Gardener was arrested Saturday, based on a doc from the Miami-Dade County clerk.
Gardener of Brampton, Ont., was leaving a cruise ship on the PortMiami cruise port when Miami-Dade police arrested him for allegedly “buying youngster sexual abuse materials on-line,” Native 10 Information in South Florida reported on Monday. Gardener confessed to the crimes, it reported.
Throughout a search, a U.S. Customs and Border Safety officer discovered three illicit movies and two illicit photos of women between the ages of 5 and eight, based on the arrest report cited by Native 10 Information.
He was jailed on a US$50,000 bond for 5 felony prices.
