ZAGREB – Croatia is among the many quickest EU members in fulfilling key phases and goal values and obtained funds from the Restoration and Resilience Fund, stated Ivana Maletić, a member of the European Courtroom of Auditors, in a dialog with the Speaker of the Croatian Parliament, Gordan Jandroković, on Wednesday.
Maletić reported to the Speaker of the Parliament on the Annual Report of the European Courtroom of Auditors for 2023, with a particular concentrate on thematic experiences on the Restoration and Resilience Fund and the economic coverage of the European Union.
“Based on the Courtroom’s report on the absorption of funds from the Restoration and Resilience Fund, Croatia is among the many quickest EU members in fulfilling key phases and goal values and obtained funds from the Fund,” the Parliament conveys Maletić’s phrases in a press release.
Moreover, the Croatian member of the European Courtroom of Auditors highlighted, “for the primary time since 2017, the Republic of Croatia was not within the pattern of nations for checking error charges in cohesion coverage, as a result of the system in earlier years was rated as high quality and with out quantified errors.”
Jandroković expressed satisfaction with the optimistic indicators of the report for Croatia concerning the usage of funds from the Restoration and Resilience Fund, in addition to that previously six years Croatia has successfully fulfilled its obligations associated to cohesion coverage.
