President Biden is granting clemency to 37 of the 40 federal inmates dealing with loss of life sentences. Their sentences will probably be commuted to life in jail with out the potential for parole.
The three inmates who did not get clemency are the convicted assassin within the Tree of Life Synagogue capturing, the gunman at Mom Emanuel Church in Charleston, and the surviving Boston Marathon bomber.
