TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested two males on suspicion of committing lewd acts at a government-sponsored counseling facility for wayward kids and others within the Kabukicho red-light district of Shinjuku Ward.
In July, Fuzuki Arai, 25, and Ryota Aoki, 20, allegedly dedicated lewd acts with females who visited Kimimamo @ Kabukicho, studies the Asahi Shimbun (Sep. 10).
Arai reportedly touched one lady’s decrease physique, whereas Aoki engaged in sexual acts with a lady he was relationship, who visited the power with him.
