German auto model Volkswagen has minimize the costs of three fashions in Vietnam by VND140-500 million (US$5,700-20,300) this month.
The Teramont now prices VND2 billion, down VDN500 million, or 20%, from its unique price ticket.
The total-size SUV, which is imported from the U.S., has high-end leisure options similar to an 11-speaker audio system and 8-inch screens.
The Teramont X, which begins at round VND2 billion, comes with a reduction of VND99-130 million relying on locality. It’s imported from China.
The Touareg, imported from Slovakia and priced at as much as VND3.05 billion, is being offered at reductions of VND134-182 million.
Volkswagen introduced the reductions after main manufacturers similar to Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Subaru, and Suzuki all minimize their costs.
Vietnam Car Producers Affiliation members’ gross sales rose by only one.1% year-on-year within the first seven months to 163,800 models.
