- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/3 tbsp white sugar
Instructions:
1、Prepare Chicken:
- Cut 500g chicken wings in half through the bone
- Add to bowl with ginger, spring onion, and all marinade ingredients
- Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

2、Prep Perilla:
- Wash 40g perilla leaves and cut in half

3、Cook Chicken:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan over medium heat
- Add chicken wings and pan-fry 3 minutes each side until golden brown

4、Add Aromatics:
- Push chicken to one side
- Add 2 tbsp minced garlic and 1/2 tbsp chili to remaining oil
- Stir-fry until fragrant then mix with chicken

5、Season:
- Pour in 2 tbsp light soy sauce and 1/3 tbsp sugar
- Toss to combine

6、Finish:
- Add perilla leaves and stir-fry for 10 seconds
- Serve immediately
