IBARAKI (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested three individuals, together with two highschool college students, for allegedly using a taxi from Tokyo’s Shibuya Ward to Mito Metropolis with out paying the fare of roughly 50,000 yen.
On Might 29, two second-year highschool college students, aged 16 and 17, and an 18-year-old man of no recognized occupation, took a taxi from Shibuya Ward to Mito Metropolis, however exited the cab with out paying the fare and freeway tolls totaling 51,010 yen, stories TV Asahi (Oct. 2).
