North Korea’s army stated it can reduce off all roads and railways related to South Korea beginning Wednesday.
“A undertaking will probably be launched first on October 9 to fully reduce off roads and railways related to” South Korea and “fortify the related areas of our aspect with robust protection constructions,” the overall workers of the North Korean Folks’s Military stated in a report carried by the Korean Central Information Company.
