VIENTIANE, Laos — President Yoon Suk Yeol is to carry bilateral talks with the leaders of six nations attending the Affiliation of Southeast Asian Nations Summit and associated occasions on Thursday and Friday, after having arrived in Vientiane, Laos, Wednesday night.
