World Affairs Canada says it is conscious of stories of the dying of a Canadian in Lebanon.
The division says officers are in touch with the individual’s household to supply help.
This comes after two Canadians had been killed in an Israeli airstrike in Lebanon in late September amid an escalating battle between Israel and Lebanon-based Hezbollah.
Canadians in Lebanon are being urged to take business flights overseas whereas the choice stays.
World Affairs says it has helped greater than 1,050 Canadians, everlasting residents and fast members of the family depart Lebanon.
It says there are greater than 25,000 Canadians registered as being in Lebanon, however notes the true quantity could also be larger as a result of registration is voluntary.
