A California lawmaker is demanding solutions from a state fee after it rejected a request from SpaceX to launch extra rockets from a navy set up within the state.
California Republican state Assemblyman Invoice Essayli has filed a public information request asking the California Coastal Fee (CCC) for information of communications regarding SpaceX and its CEO Elon Musk.
In an interview with FOX Enterprise, Essayli alleged that the CCC’s resolution was politically motivated towards Musk.

The lawsuit quotes Commissioner Gretchen Newsom as saying that Musk was “hopping concerning the nation, spewing and tweeting political falsehoods and attacking FEMA whereas claiming his want to assist hurricane victims with free Starlink entry to the web.”
