TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police arrested a 36-year-old man for allegedly assaulting a taxi driver in Sumida Ward on Sunday, experiences TBS Information (Nov. 24).
Upon his arrest on suspicion of theft and assault, Kai Hasegawa, who was intoxicated on the time, stated, “I don’t recall [the matter].”
Round 3 a.m., Hasegawa exited the motive force’s cab on a avenue in Higashi-Mukojima. After he tried to depart with out paying the fare, the motive force tried to cease him.
After a 10-minute battle, Hasegawa allegedly punched the motive force, inflicting gentle abrasions to his face.
