Egypt has signed 4 memorandums of understanding (MoUs) and cooperation agreements with worldwide firms, the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Sources Karim Badawi introduced on Monday 21 October on the Mediterranean Offshore Convention (MOC) in Alexandria.
