A U.S. senator, identified for his shut ties to former President Donald Trump, mentioned Thursday that he’ll go to Seoul subsequent month to attend an annual trilateral financial assembly between Korea, the US and Japan.
Sen. Invoice Hagerty, who served because the U.S. ambassador to Japan from 2017-2019 throughout Trump’s presidency, plans to take part within the second annual Trilateral Financial Dialogue on Sept. 4 that can carry collectively private- and public-sector leaders from the three nations.
