Federal authorities raided the house of NYPD Interim Commissioner Thomas Donlon on Friday — simply over per week after his predecessor, Edward Caban, resigned following an FBI raid at his residence.
Donlon admitted to the search in a short assertion launched by the division late Saturday evening — saying that authorities “took supplies that got here into my possession 20 years in the past and are unrelated to my work with the New York Metropolis Police Division.”
He added that the division wouldn’t be commenting additional, because it’s not an NYPD matter.
