KASHIWA, Nov 13 (Information On Japan) –
Manhole covers that includes characters from Riyoko Ikeda’s common manga The Rose of Versailles have been unveiled on November eleventh at three areas inside Kashiwa Metropolis, Chiba Prefecture.
Based on metropolis officers, these are the primary manhole covers of their type in Japan. Ikeda has a private connection to the realm, having spent over 20 years there from her center college years. Town organized this venture as a part of the celebrations for the seventieth anniversary of Kashiwa’s incorporation.
