Lawmakers accredited Senate Concurrent Decision 169 by State Sens. Invoice Dodd (D-Napa) and Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco) which renames a portion of the roadway “Willie Mays Freeway” after the baseball Corridor of Famer, who died in June on the age of 93.
