FUKUSHIMA (TR) – Fukushima Prefectural Police arrested a 24-year-old man following a 5-hour standoff during which he quickly held captive the director of an animal clinic in Sukagawa Metropolis on Tuesday.
At round 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Tatsunosuke Fueki, of no identified occupation, allegedly broke into the animal clinic whereas carrying 4 knives. He then certain the arms and toes of the clinic’s feminine director, aged in her 50s, with one thing like a rope.
