North Korea has floated extra trash balloons towards South Korea, the army stated Saturday, after the reclusive regime claimed the South had despatched unmanned drones over Pyongyang thrice since final week.
The Joint Chiefs of Workers stated North Korea despatched round 20 balloons beginning late Friday till early Saturday morning, with some 10 of them touchdown within the inter-Korean border county of Cheorwon in Gangwon Province.
The JCS stated the bundles consisted of family rubbish, corresponding to scrap paper and plastic, and no hazardous substances have been detected.
