AICHI (TR) – Aichi Prefectural Police arrested a 57-year-old lady for allegedly bludgeoning her mom to dying inside their residence in Nagoya on Saturday, stories Kyodo Information (Sep. 7).
Someday that morning, Michiko Sasaki, of no recognized occupation, is alleged to have repeatedly struck her mom, 82-year-old Kumiko, within the head with a 2-kilogram dumbbell contained in the residence they shared in Moriyama Ward.
At round 8:20 a.m., Sasaki later turned herself in to a koban for the Moriyama Police Station, saying she had hit her mom on the top.
Officers rushed to the scene and located the mom collapsed in a bed room, bleeding from her head. She was confirmed lifeless on the scene.
Police initially accused Sasaki of tried homicide. Nevertheless, that cost has been modified to homicide.
Police are actually investigating the circumstances that led to the incident.
