BRUSSELS (Reuters) — NATO Secretary Basic Mark Rutte confirmed on Monday that North Korean troops have been despatched to Russia and that North Korean army items have been deployed to the Kursk area.
“The deepening army cooperation between Russia and North Korea is a risk to each Indo-Pacific and Euro-Atlantic safety,” Rutte instructed reporters after NATO officers and diplomats acquired a briefing from a South Korean delegation.
