The cordon is round a bench in North Avenue Gardens, subsequent to the River Ouse, in the present day (Wednesday, August 28).

A police officer was on the scene at 10am with a police van parked on North Avenue, exterior the gardens.
An empty beer bottle was on its aspect beneath the bench with a Corona field mendacity throughout from it.
