Russian troops have reached the middle of Vuhledar, a bastion on strategic excessive floor in jap Ukraine’s industrial Donbas area that had resisted Russian assaults since Moscow’s full-scale invasion, a regional Ukrainian official mentioned on Tuesday.
Footage posted to social media confirmed Russian troopers waving a flag from atop a bombed-out multistory constructing and unfurling one other flag on a metallic spire on a roof.
Reuters decided the footage matched the road patterns of Vuhledar.
