South Africa agrees to rescue unlawful miners sealed for weeks underground

Three months after South Africa sealed most exits at a disused mine close to Johannesburg in a crackdown on unlawful miners, it has now agreed to rescue lots of trapped underground — many now believed too weak to come back out on their very own.
