TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a 34-year-old deliveryman for molesting a girl in her 20s in Meguro Ward final month, reviews the Sankei Shimbun (Sep. 12).
At round 9:00 p.m. on August 8, Sekine Yutaro, who claims to be a supply man, is suspected of approaching a girl in her 20s from behind on the road and molesting her.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of non-consensual obscenity, he admitted to the costs, saying, “I needed to alleviate stress. I couldn’t suppress my need to the touch the lady.”
Based on police, Sekine discovered a girl in a abandoned alley whereas driving a three-wheeled bike after a supply. He then stopped the bike, approached the lady and touched her.
Sekine’s involvement was revealed from safety digicam footage shot within the space, police stated.
There have been different instances of indecent assault by perpetrators on three-wheeled motorbikes in Tokyo, and police are investigating whether or not this case is linked.
