CHIBA (TR) – The Narita Department of Tokyo Customs and the Narita Worldwide Airport Police Station final week collectively introduced the arrest of a male Spanish nationwide for allegedly making an attempt to smuggle marijuana.
The arrest was made after a drug-detection canine discovered 16 kilograms of marijuana contained in the suitcase of 37-year-old Carlos Rao Quesada on September 20.
