A 39-year-old Toronto man is accused of utilizing his telephone to take photos below girls’s clothes.
On Saturday, Aug. 15, Toronto Police attended a name for voyeurism within the space of Yonge St. and Queen St.
Police mentioned between 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., a person allegedly adopted two girls off the subway on the Queen St. TTC station.
The person allegedly adopted the ladies up a staircase, pointing his cellphone beneath their clothes. Police alleged that the person then adopted the ladies onto an escalator and once more pointed his cellphone beneath their clothes.
A bystander seen what was taking place and intervened and the person fled.

Police recognized the accused as Tyler Sarry, 39, of Toronto. He was arrested and charged with 4 counts of secretly observe/report particular person for sexual objective.
