Chicken Quinoa Salad
When it comes to food,
appetite, health, and aesthetics,
seem like three points that are hard to satisfy simultaneously.
But today, let’s break that notion,
we’re going to cater to appetite, health, and aesthetics all at once.
How to Make:
1、Marinate: Marinate chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and cooking wine for 15 minutes.
2、Cook Chicken: Pan-fry the marinated chicken breast until it’s cooked through and golden brown on both sides, then slice and set aside.
3、Cook Quinoa: Rinse the quinoa, then boil it in a pot with a few drops of oil for about 15 minutes until the quinoa’s outer shell splits. Set aside.
4、Assemble Salad: Place all ingredients on a plate and drizzle with homemade vinaigrette. (Vinaigrette recipe: Mix olive oil and white vinegar in a 1:1 ratio, add a pinch of salt and black pepper, and stir well.)
5、Serve!
You can also swap the chicken for shrimp for a different twist!
