How to Make:Chicken Quinoa Salad
1、Marinate: Generously season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper, then add a splash of cooking wine. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes to fully absorb the flavors, ensuring a tender and juicy result.

2、Cook Chicken: Heat a pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil. Place the marinated chicken breast in the pan and cook for a few minutes on each side until it develops a golden-brown crust and is fully cooked through. Once done, transfer to a cutting board, let it rest for a minute, then slice it into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
