KANAGAWA (TR) – Kanagawa Prefectural Police have arrested a 41-year-old man after he assaulted a male pedestrian with an umbrella throughout a dispute in Chigasaki Metropolis final week.
Within the early hours of September 2, Kazuki Sakata, an organization worker, allegedly used the umbrella to poke the person within the face in entrance of JR Chigasaki Station.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of assault, Sakata admitted to the costs, saying, “There’s little question that I did it.”
