    2、Prepare aromatics: Mince 4 garlic cloves, slice 2 bird’s eye chilies and 1 green chili, cut ½ lime into thin slices, halve 1 passion fruit, chop 1 cilantro sprig, and halve 4 cherry tomatoes.

    3、In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, sliced chilies, ⅔ tbsp fish sauce1 tbsp soy sauce⅙ tsp salt, and ⅕ tsp sugar. Mix well.

    4、Arrange cooked rice noodles on a plate. Top with the tomato-lime puree, passion fruit pulp, and cilantro. (Optional: Garnish with cherry tomatoes and lime slices.)

    5、Pour the dressing over and toss lightly. Enjoy!
