Tom Yum Rice Bowl
1、In a pot, combine Tom Yum soup paste, water, and store-bought seafood. Cook until ingredients are done to make Tom Yum soup. Remove 3 tbsp of soup and pour over 1 small bowl of rice. Simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.

2、Transfer to a serving plate and top with the cooked seafood from the Tom Yum soup.

Tom Yum Braised Pork Trotters
1、Halve 2 pork trotters and place in cold water with 1 scallion knot, 4 ginger slices, and 2 tbsp cooking wine. Blanch, then remove.
